Shoreside recruiter SYR appoints head of technical recruitment
Specialist recruiter SYR Shoreside Maritime Recruitment has appointed Alisha O’Flanagan as its head of technical recruitment.
With much of her career spent recruiting in the maritime sector, O’Flanagan has built a network in the vessel design, naval architect and maritime engineering sectors. She joins SYR tasked with growing the brand’s already strong presence in the design and engineering sector both in the UK and Europe.
Founded four years ago, SYR works with employers in yacht brokerage, management, design, engineering, marinas and skilled trades. The company says this appointment will further bolster their position as a leader in specialist maritime recruitment.
