Sirena Yachts’ new flagship comes to life in Turkey
Momentum is building at Sirena Yachts’ Yalova facility as the yard’s largest composite project to date moves into its next phase. The 36-metre Sirena 118, due to debut in 2026, is now revealing more of the design intent that will define Sirena’s new larger-size GRP range.
“As the first Sirena 118 continues to take shape, we are proud to see the design vision materialising across every area of the build,” says Sirena Yachts CEO Çağin Genc. “The craftsmanship of our team, together with our long-standing partners such as Cor D. Rover and Germán Frers, is bringing this new flagship to life in a way that truly reflects the spirit of Sirena.”
Designed by Sirena’s in-house team with naval architecture by Germán Frers, the Sirena 118 brings together efficiency, space and a clean contemporary style.
In March 2025, Istanbul-based Sirena shared details of its first Sirena Superyachts 42-metre model which is also due to launch in 2026.
Exterior works move into next phase
Major technical and interior milestones have moved forward in recent months as the yacht enters the next phase of construction. This means that the lower-deck furniture production has been completed, with assembly to follow in the upcoming stages. Insulation, plumbing, piping, panel placement, cable routing and technical equipment installation is underway on the lower deck as systems integration progresses. On the exterior, sliding doors are now in place, teak decking production continues, and paint preparation works are advancing ahead of final application.
These developments build on the momentum of the wider project, which continues to follow the yard’s phased timeline through engine installation, paint completion, interior joinery, launch and sea trials ahead of handover in 2026.

Flexible tri-deck layout defines new flagship
At under 300 GT, the Sirena 118 stands out for its flexible tri-deck layout and spacious volumes. As well as the main-deck owner’s stateroom, there are up to six guest cabins.
It features a fast-displacement hull form, with twin MAN V12 engines delivering a top speed of 16 knots in the standard configuration and up to 21 knots with the upgraded package.
As construction progresses toward launch and sea trials, the Sirena 118 is steadily establishing itself as a key marker in the brand’s evolution. With a blend of efficient naval architecture, generous volume and refined contemporary styling, the yacht signals how Sirena Yachts intends to compete in the upper end of the composite superyacht market.
