Suntex acquires marina in Key West, Florida
Suntex Marina Investors has acquired Conch Harbor Marina in Key West, Florida. The marina, designated a Clean Marina by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, is located in the Bight, one of the busiest protected marina areas in the Florida Keys.
Conch Harbor Marina accommodates vessels up to 200 feet, with each slip offering power and pump-out services. Boat slips are available for transient bookings. The marina is the exclusive ValvTect dealer in Key West, supplying fuel with high-speed filling from an easily accessible dock. Onsite amenities include a ship store, a West Marine outlet, showers, laundry facilities, a swimming pool and two restaurants. Additional services include bait and fishing supplies, scuba diving, fishing and sailing charters.
