Superyacht organisations in Monaco & UK team up to drive growth

A new strategic collaboration is being touted. It’s been formed between Superyacht UK (SYUK) and Cluster Yachting Monaco Association and aims to create meaningful and practical opportunities for members of both organisations.

Cluster Yachting Monaco Association aims to promote, develop and unite the yachting industry in Monaco. Now both bodies will work collaboratively to help build stronger international networks, raise global profiles, and foster innovation across the superyacht industry. This means co-hosted networking opportunities, enhanced market visibility, and access to new business channels.

It’s a time of partnerships for the British contingent. Earlier this year, Superyacht UK and the British Business and General Aviation Association announced a new partnership aimed at exploring collaborative events and unlocking mutual client benefits. Details of events, training and member benefits are due to be unveiled later this year and into 2026.

“Cluster Yachting Monaco is committed to driving innovation and fostering international partnerships,” says Carmel van der Weide, project manager at Cluster Yachting Monaco (details of the organisation’s work are available online). “Working alongside Superyacht UK will strengthen our collective reach, allowing members from both organisations to benefit from a wider pool of expertise, fresh perspectives, and new commercial avenues.”

Cluster Yachting Monaco is made up of yacht builders, brokers, maritime lawyers, financial services, crew training, yacht management companies, and more shore-based industry professionals and associations while Superyacht UK (part of British Marine) covers the UK industry – naval architects, manufacturers of yachts and equipment, and the full span of supporting services.

SYUK and Cluster Yachting Monaco say they share a commitment to supporting members and driving international growth.

“We’re delighted to formalise this collaboration with Cluster Yachting Monaco,” says SYUK manager Michael Beattie. “Carmel and I have been working closely together to identify ways to provide genuine value for our members. We firmly believe that collaboration is the route to unlocking new markets and opportunities — and this partnership is a major step forward in achieving that.”
