Surfer captures dolphin pod riding the waves

Watch the magical moment that a surfer in the Outer Banks, North Carolina, caught a pod of dolphins catching a wave or two.

Local surfer, Brian McArthur, filmed this amazing footage after he’d finished his surf session and put his board in the back of his truck.

“Not more than two minutes later, I turned around and that’s when the porpoise party started,” McArthur told MSN (https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/us/ive-never-seen-them-do-this-surfer-captures-dolphin-pod-riding-the-waves-in-outer-banks/ar-BB16b5Lb).

“I’ve never seen them do this. They started jumping from behind the outer bar and continued all the way straight to the beach directly where I had been surfing not three minutes prior.”
