Tall ship voyages around UK and Ireland announced for 2022

Bookings for journeys onboard tall ship SV Tenacious in 2022 are now open.

Jubilee Sailing Trust (JST) has launched a new voyage programme for next year which includes a seven-day Southampton round trip taking in the Needles on the Isle of Wight and heading towards the spectacular Jurassic coastline. Other voyages include a seven-day sail from Portsmouth to Jersey, and a 10-day journey from Liverpool to Dublin.

“We are thrilled to be resuming normal service with this superb schedule of exciting voyages arranged for 2022,” says JST’s chief executive, Patrick Fleming.

“After a challenging 18 months, it’s wonderful that we can offer people the chance to climb aboard Tenacious once again.”

JST’s mission is to offer people of mixed abilities the opportunity to explore their potential at sea, and it says its voyages are open to everyone – all ages, backgrounds and abilities.

“We want to give everyone the chance to experience life aboard Tenacious, and post-pandemic we know there is a greater need than ever for the work we do and the difference we make,” says Fleming.

“It’s wonderful that we can get people back on the sea and see them reap the many benefits this amazing experience can bring.”
