Thetford has announced a new leadership structure following the death of CEO Stéphane Cordeille in May, with three long-serving executives taking on expanded responsibilities across the firm.

Thetford Marine forms part of the Thetford Group, operating across the global marine and RV markets.

Designed to provide continuity, the new structure will build upon the strategic directions established during Cordeille’s tenure. According to the company, this revised leadership team brings together three executives with extensive experience and is intended to provide stability.

Peter Struijs has been appointed global president and chief financial officer. Having worked alongside Cordeille for more than 27 years, Struijs will drive Thetford’s global direction and long-term development.

Aaron LaFluer has been named president for North America, taking responsibility for Dave Carter & Associates (DCA) and Thetford’s business across the US.

For Europe and APAC, the new managing director will be Marie Boulanger, who will oversee the operations across Europe and the Asia-Pacific region.

These appointments come as Thetford continues to operate across the global RV and marine markets, supplying sanitation systems, cooking appliances, refrigeration, service toilets, and toilet care and maintenance.
