Thetford Marine appoints new sales manager for USA

Italian mobile sanitation systems firm Thetford Marine has appointed Kate Rohrstaff as national sales manager for the USA

Thetford Marine is part of the Thetford Group of marine manufacturers, incorporating the brands Tecma, Thetford and Norcold. 

In her new role, Rohrstaff (pictured above) will execute sales strategies for OEM and aftermarket products in the marine industry and collaborate with product development and marketing teams, both domestically and internationally.

Rohrstaff has held several sales management positions over the years, most recently at Thetford, as RV national sales director in North America.

“Kate’s background will be of great value to our team,” says Francesca Marchizza, general manager Tecma-Thetford Marine. “She has several years of experience and a strategic, consumer-oriented sales approach, which fits perfectly with our corporate strategy.

“With Kate on board, we strengthen our global presence, and we are convinced that her knowledge, experience, and passion will strongly contribute to our US customer connection and satisfaction.”

Rohrstaff adds: “I have enjoyed my time working for Thetford the past few years, and I am very much looking forward to this new adventure with the marine team.“
