Veya Yachts: Fountaine Pajot and Couach launch powercat range

Veya Yachts, a new brand of power catamarans, has been launched as part of a new joint venture between Fountaine Pajot and Couach Catamarans.
Veya Yachts managing director Yvan Eymieu says the brand’s mission is to create vessels that inspire exploration while grounding guests in tranquillity.
“We’re not chasing trends; we’re crafting a sanctuary,” Eymieu says. “Veya Yachts avoids bold claims, instead, we let our craftsmanship speak: through catamarans engineered to endure, spaces designed to breathe and journeys that feel effortlessly yours. We’re not redefining luxury – we’re reimagining what it means to truly belong at sea.”

Under the guidance of CEO Romain Motteau, the venture introduced its first model, the Veya 53, at the 2025 Miami International Boat Show, which concluded on 16 February 2025.
Previously known as Code 07, the Veya 53 incorporates technologies designed to enhance reliability without being prominent features. The layout is structured for efficiency, with storage solutions and design elements intended to improve onboard living.
The Veya 53 features open-plan living areas with large windows that provide natural light and unobstructed sea views. The owner’s suite is designed with a spacious layout, while two guest cabins each include en-suite facilities.

The catamaran includes extensive outdoor spaces, with a flybridge designed for relaxation and entertainment. The cockpit is available in two configurations, offering either a large aft lounge seat with a ‘terrace’ effect or an open layout extending to the water.
The hydraulic aft platform design introduces a transom style typically associated with monohulls to the catamaran segment. It can be adjusted to facilitate water access or function as a beach club area.
