Whaly Boats names Yamaha Motor Europe as preferred outboard supplier

Orange whaly boat rib with yamaha engine

Whaly Boats has appointed Yamaha Motor Europe as its preferred outboard engine partner across a broad selection of Whaly’s rotationally moulded HDPE boat range.

Described by Whaly as “rugged, lightweight, and virtually indestructible,” the HDPE boats are used for leisure, rescue, transport, and commercial applications.

Under the new partnership, Whaly and Yamaha Motor Europe will collaborate on the development of optimised boat and engine packages designed to support Whaly’s global dealer network and deliver reliable, easy-to-own solutions for end users.

The cooperation will focus on creating integrated configurations that offer performance and value. The Dutch boat manufacturer says they are proud to be working with Yamaha and will create “the best possible boat packages.”

As part of the partnership, Whaly’s production staff will receive training in cooperation with Yamama Europe to install fully integrated, turnkey packages at the factory. This approach is intended to enable Whaly to supply dealers with ready-to-sell boats, thereby reducing rigging time, improving consistency, and streamlining the sales process.
