YYachts expanding into Australia and Asia

German shipyard YYachts has appointed two brokers to represent the company in Australia and New Zealand, and Asia.

Eyachts is the exclusive dealer in Australia and New Zealand for leading European powerboats and sailing yachts. Managing director Peter Hrones has 30 years of experience in brokerage and new sales in the region’s yachting industry. He says: “I’m passionate about bringing innovative boat design to Australia and setting trends in the ‘down under’ market.”

Based on the island of Langkawi in Malaysia, FLS Yachts is a dedicated yacht sales company servicing YYachts clients in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Philippines, Vietnam, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand. Owners Paul Jackson and Rob Williams have more than 50 years’ experience in the industry in yacht building, rigging, sailing, outfitting, and selling new and used boats.

YYachts is a German shipyard that builds carbon sailing yachts between 70 and 100 feet. The builder’s portfolio consists of the Y7, Y8 and Y9 models, while the custom division implements bespoke designs.
