ZeroJet offers customers free upgrade to its improved electric jet system

ZeroJet has upgraded its 22kW (30 HP equivalent) electric jet propulsion system. What was previously an 18kW offering is now standardised with a 22kW electric jet drive.
The company says the new 22kW system upgrade delivers a substantial boost in power, at no extra charge to eligible ZeroJet customers, providing enhanced torque, improved towing capabilities and faster planing, all while maintaining the same weight and design.
The free upgrade is being rolled out now, and has been taken up by all of the company’s customers around the world. “We have sent our technical support team out into the field to perform the upgrades to our systems. This entails a software update, replacement of fuses and a larger cable to support more power from the batteries to the motor,” explains Nona Pedersen from ZeroJet’s marketing team.
“We are incredibly excited to introduce the 22kW system – it truly redefines what’s possible with electric jet propulsion,” adds James Morton, CEO of ZeroJet. “The new system delivers a boost in power and capability, meaning more fun, more adventure, and better performance on the water, all while maintaining the quiet, clean, and maintenance-free benefits people expect from ZeroJet.”
For manufacturers and OEMs, the new 22kW system (available now — contact the company for more information) includes a newly integrated computer to simplify the installation process, reducing complexity and saving time.
“Our dedication to innovation is matched by our commitment to our customers,” says Chris Baird, executive director of sales for ZeroJet (and previous CEO of Propspeed). “Providing this free upgrade for our eligible 18kW owners ensures they benefit from our latest advancements, further enhancing their ZeroJet experience.”
