Allpa Marine Group expands in Europe

Allpa Marine Group, the German-Dutch wholesaler and distributor of technical marine products, has acquired Combi Noord, a well-established Dutch wholesaler focused on the supply of technical marine equipment.

“We are thrilled to have Combi Noord join our team”, said Allpa Marine Group CEO Anton van Daalwijk.

In a media release, Allpa says Combi Noord has a reputation for providing “a high level of service and quality technical advice to shipyards and installer dealers offering quality brands, including Victron, Quick, Xylem and Fischer Panda”. Being their official dealer, Combi Noord also has a Victron service centre.

Supervisory board member Mark Rutgers adds: “We are working hard to reach our ambitious Europe-wide growth plans, and we expect to announce more acquisitions in the near future.”

Allpa provides service and technical support to leading brands like Seastar, Johnson Pump, Twin Disc, Radice, Tessilmare, Lofrans, Selva, Solé and Springfield, alongside many others including its own private brands.
