Azimut has named two new official dealers in the Asia-Pacific region: Europa Yachts in Indonesia and Short Marine in Australia.
The new partnerships are part of the boat brand’s strategic ongoing expansion in the region whereby it is appointing one dedicated dealer per country. Azimut’s dealer network across APAC, spans China, Vietnam, the Philippines, Thailand, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Japan.
Azimut has also recently expanded operations by signing new agreements in Poland, north-west Italy, Greece and partnered with Silver Seas Yachts, appointing the US yacht dealership as its exclusive representative across the US west coast.
Europa Yachts, operating in southeast Asia with a long-standing experience in the Philippines, will represent Azimut in Indonesia in partnership with entrepreneur Alvin Gozali, whose business interests include developments such as Thamrin Nine, home to the Autograph Tower – the tallest building in the southern hemisphere.
Europa Yachts covers sales, marketing, after-sales, customer service, and technical maintenance.

Together, we look forward to delivering an unparalleled yachting experience to our clients across the country,” says Murry Offord, head of asset management at Balmain Asset Management.

Asia-Pacific boating market key focus for Azimut
Azimut says the APAC region continues to be of pivotal importance to Azimut, as a market defined by rapid growth, evolving lifestyles, and a new generation of yacht owners. In response to increasing business in the region, Azimut is positioning one dealer per country, an approach that it says ensures that each market benefits from not only tailored market knowledge and a uniquely personal connection with each client, but also from an entrepreneurial mindset focused on introducing new approaches and generating long-term value within the local territory.
“With these new appointments, we are not only expanding our footprint but also enriching the strength of our network,” says Enrico Chiaussa, Azimut chief commercial officer EMEA-APAC. “Azimut now boasts the most comprehensive dealership presence in the Asia-Pacific region, and this milestone reflects our strategic vision of pairing world-class products with localized excellence.”
The announcement comes at a significant moment for the brand, following the successful Asian Rendez-vous held in Tokyo, an exclusive gathering of Azimut owners from across the region
“We are honored and excited to bring Azimut Yachts back to Indonesia: by combining the Indonesian deep market knowledge and connections with Thomas’s expertise and the strong foundation of Europa Yachts, we are confident this partnership will deliver exceptional results and elevate the yachting experience in the region – Azimut is by far the leading yacht brand in our country and we will do our best in order to solidify this leadership and welcome new Clients in the Azimut world,” says Gozali.
