Entries open for 2025 IBEX Innovation Awards
The IBEX Innovation Awards 2025 programme is now open for entries. Held annually, the awards highlight developments in marine technology and design, recognising new products that represent advancements in propulsion systems, sustainable materials, electronics, safety and construction methods.
Winners are selected based on technical innovation and potential industry impact. The awards are presented during IBEX 2025, scheduled for 7–9 October in Tampa, Florida, and are open to companies exhibiting at the event.
The awards aim to spotlight contributions to product development and innovation across the recreational boating sector.
The entry deadline is 20 August 2025. Companies are advised to submit early to ensure products meet the eligibility and evaluation criteria.

IBEX will adopt a new event schedule beginning in 2027, shifting from its traditional October dates to a December timeframe.
The show will continue to take place in Tampa, Florida, with the 2027 edition set for 7 to 9 December at the Tampa Convention Center.
Organisers say the decision to revise the schedule follows feedback from industry stakeholders and exhibitors. The main aim is to reduce disruption caused by hurricane season in Florida, thereby increasing the event’s reliability and growth potential.
