Flexiteek appoints production manager in Poland
Leading synthetic teak boat decking manufacturer, Flexiteek, has appointed Mateusz Drejka as the company’s new production manager in Poland.
The appointment will aid the continued growth of production capabilities in Poland.
As production manager, Drejka will oversee the fabrication of Flexiteek decks in the Polish facility, with a focus on operational efficiency, quality assurance, and team development. He is particularly committed to actively collaborating with engineering and R&D teams to develop innovative and customised solutions aligning closely with our strategic objectives and values.
Flexiteek has undergone a period of change, growth and development over the last 12 months. In June 2025, Flexiteek opened its new headquarters for its Flexiteek USA division in Lake Park, Florida. The company also named a new managing director for Swedish operations and appointed its new CEO in March 2025.
In December 2024, Flexiteek appointed Navale as its commercial partner for the Australian market.
Drejka has extensive experience in production and operations management. Prior to joining Flexiteek, he held roles including plant manager.
Drejka has already begun engaging with local teams to gain a detailed understanding of current operations and priorities. Over the coming months, he will work closely with colleagues across the business to support operational stability while identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
