Fox’s Yacht Sales snapped up in East Coast marine shake-up

A well-known East Coast yacht dealership has entered a new phase of ownership after joining Morgans Group. The acquisition brings Fox’s Yacht Sales into a broader network spanning marina operations, boatyard services and chandlery provision.

Based on the River Orwell in Ipswich, Fox’s Yacht Sales has officially joined Morgans Group, the parent company of Fox’s Marina & Boatyard and Fox’s Chandlery.

The idea is to strengthen the group’s presence and utilise a shared commitment to customer service, technical expertise, and long-term investment in the UK boating industry.

Expanded East Coast footprint across Ipswich and Woolverstone

Operating from Fox’s Marina as well as a newly opened second base at Woolverstone Marina, Fox’s Yacht Sales will continue to offer its full range of services. This includes new yacht and motorboat sales from Beneteau and Wellcraft, alongside used boat brokerage and authorised Beneteau parts supply.

Charles Vinten, formerly of Clarke & Carter, has been appointed to lead the business day-to-day as sales director.
