Luke Morrison becomes Rooster’s MD

Rooster has announced that Luke Morrison has assumed the role of managing director with overall responsibility for driving the business forward. Steve Cockerill takes on the founder and chairman role of the organisation looking to foster and promote broader opportunities within Rooster and the industry.

Morrison joined Rooster in 2013 and has been involved and working within the watersports industry for the past 15 years. His primary focus has been on developing sales and new opportunities, specifically overseeing a significant growth period in the company’s distribution and stockist network, including the start-up and development of Rooster’s USA company and fulfilment centre.

More recently, Morrison’s role has developed into spending more time on the overall management of the company.

Cockerill will continue to be fully involved in Rooster.

The company says it’s an important year as it introduces significant changes to the business. It’s focused on opening a fulfilment centre in Germany, giving stability for future growth in the European market, and continued investment in its UK and USA business.
