Lumitec launches SeaBlazeX3 surface-mount underwater light

surface-mount LED light SeaBlazeX3

US-based LED lighting designer and manufacturer Lumitec has commenced production of its new SeaBlazeX3 surface-mount underwater light, with global distribution scheduled to begin this month.

The latest addition to Lumitec’s SeaBlaze Series, the SeaBlazeX3 leverages decades of experience in surface-mount underwater lighting to produce 8,000 lumens while maintaining power consumption comparable to its predecessor the SeaBlazeX2 (5.5 amps).

“The X3 represents the next evolution in Lumitec surface-mount underwater lighting,” says Chris Fulmer, Lumitec company president. “SeaBlazeX3 sets a new benchmark with powerful output, advanced protection, and is designed for the long-term reliability marine professionals and boaters expect from Lumitec.”

SeaBlazeX3 features Lumitec’s new proprietary DryLock technology. The system combines thermal management, leak protection and moisture prevention into a unified platform to extend the operational lifespan of the fixture.

SeaBlazeX3 operates on 10–30 VDC, making it compatible with both 12V and 24V systems, and is available in dual-color white/blue and full-spectrum RGBW with a durable bronze finish. The product comes with a five-year warranty.

Headquartered in Delray Beach, Florida, Lumitec is an engineering and manufacturing firm dedicated exclusively to the conceptualisation, development and production of high-quality LED lighting for extreme environments.
