Princess Yachts has announced the appointment of two new distributors, Princess Yachts Poland and Marine Centre International in Egypt.
The distributor expansion news comes amid ongoing adjustments at Princess Yachts’ UK operations. The UK boatbuilder has warned that reduced order volumes may result in management-level redundancies.
In December 2024, the firm made around 250 layoffs at its Plymouth shipyard, citing market challenges. In August 2025, nearly 1,200 Princess workers secured a 6.5 per cent pay rise after voting in favour of industrial action.
Princess Yachts Poland was named the official Princess distributor in Poland in June 2025. The company is led by Krzysztof Gladi and Pawel Mrozek, who bring over six decades of combined experience in the yachting industry.
Gładki comments: “We are proud to join the Princess network and represent such an iconic brand in Poland. Princess Yachts embodies excellence, innovation, and timeless elegance, and we look forward to bringing this world-class experience to our customers across the region.”
Marine Centre International, founded by Harry Kourmousis and Mohamad Chehab, has joined the Princess network as the brand’s distributor in Egypt. With more than three decades of experience in yacht sales and aftersales services across the Middle East, the company is recognised as a leading regional yachting partner.
Kourmousis comments: “We are delighted to partner with Princess Yachts and add such an innovative range of yachts to our family of brands. Princess Yachts is the epitome of British craftsmanship and luxury design. Combined with our established presence, current infrastructure and team of experts, we will deliver an unmatched yachting experience in the region.”
