Railblaza, the New-Zealand manufacturer of electronics, fishing and boating mounting systems and accessories, has unveiled its latest hybrid inflatable fishing platform – The Mule.

Offers the agility of a lightweight SUP and the utility of a fishing kayak, the hybrid design features an industry-first tracking keel for quiet, controlled navigation, offering anglers ‘shallow-water stealth’.

Combining innovations from the standup-paddleboard and kayak sector, The Mule is an ideal inflatable fishing platform, with drop-stitch construction offering a rugged platform.

“Whether you’re sight-casting redfish or sneaking up on a school of bonefish, The Mule brings premium performance to adventurers who prefer their water shallow and their setup dialed,” says Andrew Moczygemba, CEO, Railblaza USA. “Bringing everything paddlers love from both SUPs and kayaks, The Mule is ready for any challenge. It’s truly a shape-shifting vessel that adapts to whatever gear, style and target users set.”

Railblaza manufactures electronics, mounting systems and accessories including the Titan Grip Suction Mount.

According to the manufacturer, when it’s inflated, The Mule gives anglers an ultra-wide stable deck, providing confident footing while casting or fighting fish while also offering a variety of Railblaza mounting points to keep gear organised and secure. When deflated, The Mule’s lightweight construction allows for simple transportation and storage.

The Mule will be on display at ICAST in Orlando on 15-18 July at booth 335.
