Sanlorenzo Yachts UK appoints senior sales broker

Sanlorenzo Yachts UK has appointed Joe Hill as senior sales broker and brokerage director. He will work across the company’s new yacht sales and brokerage operations in the UK.

As part of the Ancasta Group, Sanlorenzo Yachts UK represents the Italian shipyard’s yachts and superyachts in the UK and Ireland, as well as its Bluegame brand.

Hill has almost 30 years of experience in the marine industry. He joins Sanlorenzo Yachts UK from Princess Yachts, where he spent the past 11 years working in yacht brokerage and large yacht sales.

He began his career working on board yachts, including several years as a professional captain, before moving into new yacht sales and brokerage. His experience covers yacht operations, sales, brokerage and new-build projects.

“His extensive experience across the luxury yacht market, combined with his time as a captain, gives him invaluable insight into the practicalities of owning a larger yacht. As we continue to increase Sanlorenzo’s market share in the UK, Joe’s knowledge will further enhance the specialist advice we can offer clients and support our wider growth strategy in the 100ft-plus yacht sector.”

In his new role, Hill will represent the Sanlorenzo and Bluegame fleets and work on the company’s brokerage activities in the larger yacht sector. He will work with clients through the ownership process, from initial consultation and model selection to the co-creation design and build process used by Sanlorenzo.

Hill takes up his new position on 1 October 2026 and will primarily be based at the Sanlorenzo Yachts UK London showroom on Park Lane in Mayfair.
