UK distributor chosen for Joy Self Tailing Cleat
Milan-based manufacturer Bonomi SRL has chosen Technical Marine Supplies (TMS) as its sole UK and Ireland distribution partner for its Joy Self Tailing Cleat.
A DAME Award category winner at METSTRADE 2021, the Joy Self Tailing Cleat allows tensioning of the mooring lines by way of a motorised rope gypsy incorporated into the foot of the cleat.
Suitable for vessels of 50ft and above, the supplied 12V or 24V motor is controlled by way of an IP-rated footswitch and offers a choice of either 100 or 300kg working load.
Vertical motor options are also available for stern-mounted cleats on motorboats.
