WATCH: multiple boats engulfed in flames at U.S. Michigan marina
With boats reportedly ‘exploding’ and smoke from the massive fires seen for miles, it’s amazing that there are no reported injuries from the U.S’s St. Clair Shores Marina.
“Mariners could not believe their eyes,” says a local news reporter on the scene.
He says that two men jumped off the first boat which exploded. A frantic search ensued, which included the U.S. Coastguard. The two men were located and recovered, uninjured.
Emergency services have worked through the evening to contain the situation and an investigation is now underway.
