Superyacht service company West Nautical has opened an office in Monaco and is looking for ambitious individuals to fill new roles.

The company is looking to recruit team members for the new Monaco office with positions including a European sales director, experienced yacht and charter broker positions, yacht administrators as well as office and marketing assistants.

West Nautical currently manages a fleet of 25 yachts and a charter fleet of 20 yachts. In 2024, the superyacht specialist company also opened an office in Dubai. Both moves are part of an expansion strategy as West Nautical looks to increase its brokerage services to the superyacht market.

Job opportunities

West Nautical is looking for experienced industry leaders looking for their next big challenge, with opportunities to join the fast-moving company.

“We can’t wait to begin super-serving our clients from our new Monaco base, and to welcome top-tier talent to help drive our continued growth,” says Geoff Moore, MD of West Nautical.

Andrey Lomakin is West Nautical’s chairman and founder and has been selling yachts in Europe since 2011. He established West Nautical with Geoff Moore – with Lomakin’s background in sales and Moore’s background in yacht management the company has grown to a team of 42 staff in eight countries and five physical offices.
