Wind turbine vessel partially capsizes off China

Four people are missing after a wind farm installation vessel partially capsized off the coast of China.

The incident happened in the South China Sea off Huizhou, China. At 11:26 on 25 July, the Guangdong Provincial Maritime Search and Rescue Center received a report that an offshore construction platform Shengping 001 tilted into the sea area off the port of Huidong County, Huizhou City.

Local media reports says 65 people were on the platform when it tilted into the sea. According to Xinhau News Agency, some 30 search vessels and helicopters have been involved in the evacuation of 61 workers.
