Acquera Yachting appoints managing director for Albania

Italian superyacht agency Acquera Yachting has appointed Elton Barjami as managing director of Acquera Yachting Albania.

The appointment is designed to bolster the company’s operational presence in Albania and support its activities across the wider Adriatic region. The move forms part of Acquera Yachting’s continued expansion across Mediterranean destinations.

Albania is attracting increasing attention from the yachting sector as marina and port infrastructure continue to develop. Its position along Adriatic cruising routes has also contributed to growing interest from international operators and yacht owners.

As more yachts visit the country, Albanian ports are serving as access points to destinations around the coastline as well as cultural and natural attractions inland.

In a media statement confirming the appointment, Acquera Yachting Albania says it will provide support services for visiting yachts and crews as demand for professional shoreside assistance continues to increase across the region.

In February, Acquera Yachting appointed Alex Simonet as operations manager for France and the Principality of Monaco.

Acquera Yachting has also recently expanded in the Caribbean.
