JMS Yachting opens new Dubai office

Yachting agency JMS Yachting has announced plans to open a new office in Dubai, expanding its presence in the Middle East as it marks its tenth year in operation.
Founded in 2015 by Franc Jansen, JMS Yachting provides independent superyacht management services and currently operates from Monaco, Palma, Fort Lauderdale and the UK, with an additional office planned for Australasia. The firm manages a fleet of over 50 yachts and employs over 30 staff.
The firm says its expansion into Dubai aims to support clients in the region’s growing yachting sector.
The Dubai office will offer a range of services, including operational and technical management, financial administration, crew management and compliance oversight.
Jansen, who has more than 35 years of experience in the sector, established the company following a career that included roles as a navigational officer, marine engineer and technical manager. “From the beginning, our mission has been to manage yachts to the highest standards – focusing on compliance, value, and the wellness of the crew,” says Jansen. “Being independent allows us to act without conflicts of interest, truly prioritising our clients’ best interests.”
He adds: “Our team is the heart of JMS Yachting. We are fortunate to have some of the most skilled, honest, and experienced professionals in the industry, including yacht captains, master mariners, former surveyors, and naval architects. Their expertise has not only shaped our company but has also allowed us to provide the highest level of service and assurance to our clients.”
JMS Yachting also provides superyacht management services including new build and refit project oversight, operational support and technical expertise. Its team includes ex-captains, chief engineers and naval architects, offering services to yacht owners and operators globally.
