The inaugural Sydney Charter Show will be held at Sydney’s Jones Bay Superyacht Marina in 2026.
Organised by Superyacht Australia, the invitation-only two-day event will be held on 22 and 23 February 2026.
According to Superyacht Australia, the new event builds on the success of five consecutive years of its Superyacht Australia Soirée. The event’s evolution into a full-scale charter show – complete with extended format – is in response to strong demand from vessels and brokers to provide greater opportunities to engage with current and prospective clients.
The Sydney Charter Show will showcase the Australian and south Pacific charter industry.
Jones Bay Wharf will also provide more exhibitor space featuring luxury brand partners, destination partners and superyacht service providers.
The Sydney Charter Show will be co-located with the Australian Superyacht Conference, traditionally held on the Gold Coast in May. The two flagship events will be held immediately prior to Sail GP in Sydney, a period that typically sees increased superyacht visitation and international industry attendance.
The Australian Superyacht Conference is the leading forum for the superyacht and marine industry in Australia and the Asia-Pacific region. Now in its 15th year, the conference attracts key stakeholders, industry leaders and delegates from around the world.
The schedule is set to create an exciting week of marine industry events and activities in Sydney, which then leads into the Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix in Melbourne.
The Charter Show will showcase premier cruising destinations throughout the South Pacific and Australia and the vessels available to charter in these regions.
