Zhik releases Powerpads 3 for enhanced hiking

Sailing apparel manufacturer, Zhik has released the Powerpads 3, the latest iteration of its hiking pad system.

The design of Zhik’s Powerpads hiking pads had been enhanced with adjustable Velcro tabs, enabling a closer, more customised fit. Designed to be worn as a tube around the thighs, under or over a wetsuit or over leggings inside a Drysuit, they enable a wider range of body movement, avoiding the bulk of a secondary pair of over shorts restricting movement through the waist and hips.

Made from a durable neoprene, the Powerpads 3 come with reinforcement in high wear areas to protect from abrasion. Worn as slim fitting, 4-batten pads that flex to conform to your thigh shape, they are supplied with an optional EVA pad, that can be inserted for extra body-height off the decks, to help increase your leverage.
